Our premises are equipped with 24/7 CCTV cameras, providing an extra layer of security throughout the nursery.

Controlled Access

We maintain strict entry protocols. Only authorized individuals—staff and preregistered parents or guardians—are
permitted entry to the nursery.

Hygiene Standards

Daily Cleaning Protocols

We follow an intensive cleaning schedule. Every classroom, bathroom, and common area is cleaned and sanitized regularly to minimize the spread of germs and viruses.

Child-Friendly Sanitizers

We provide child-safe hand sanitizers throughout the nursery, ensuring that children and staff practice good hygiene, especially before meals and after playtime.

Medical Care

On-Site Nurse

Our fully trained and licensed nurse is always on-site to attend to any medical concerns. Minor injuries or illnesses are managed promptly, and parents are informed immediately.

Emergency Procedures

We conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuations so that children and staff are well-prepared. All our staff are first-aid trained, giving them the skills to act quickly in any situation.

Healthy Eating Habits

We encourage a balanced, nutritious diet to help children develop lifelong healthy eating habits. Parents provide meals and snacks, and we support them in making choices that meet nutritional guidelines.

Outdoor Safety

Safe, Supervised Outings

We regularly take children on supervised outings, weather permitting, to nearby parks and playgrounds in the secure, pedestrian-friendly area of jumeirah lakes towers, ensuring safe and enjoyable physical activity.

Trained Supervision

Each play session is carefully overseen by trained staff, allowing children to explore and engage with their surroundings in a secure environment.
