What is the age range for children at the nursery?
We welcome children from 3 months to 5 years old, offering tailored programs for every age group to meet their developmental needs.
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework, which focuses on play-based learning, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and independence through hands-on activities both indoors and outdoors.
Does my child need to be potty-trained to enroll?
No Children are not required to be fully potty-trained to enroll. At Rainbow Valley Nursery, we understand that every child develops at their own pace, and our experienced team works closely with families to support children through this stage in a positive, respectful, and encouraging manner.

What documents are required to register my child?
To register, you will need:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- A copy of the child’s passport & UAE visa
- A copy of the child’s immunization record
- A copy of the child’s Emirates ID
- A copy of both parents’ passport & UAE visa
- A copy of both parent’s Emirates IDs
- Passport photograph of the child (jpg/png)
- Passport photograph of each parent (jpg/png)
When can I enroll my child?
Enrollment is open throughout the year, depending on availability. Contact us early to secure your spot.
Are there flexible enrollment options?
Yes, we offer term-based enrollment or shorter, more flexible options like half-day and extended-day schedules to meet the needs of busy families.
Can I enroll my child for a trial period?
We offer trial sessions to help your child adjust and for you to experience our environment before committing to a term.
Nursery Hours and Terms
What are the nursery’s operating hours?
A: We are open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexible drop-off and pick-up times are available to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer flexible days and timings?
Absolutely! We offer flexible attendance options, including 3 days a week and 5 days a week, with pick-up times tailored to your needs. Please speak to our team to create a schedule that works best for your family.
Do you offer childcare during school holidays?
Yes, we run a Winter, Spring, and Summer Camp during school holidays to provide ongoing care and fun activities for children.
When does the nursery close?
A: The nursery is closed on public holidays and follows a term schedule. Specific term dates and holiday closures are shared with parents in advance.
What happens if I’m late for pick-up?
If you are running late, please inform us, and we will ensure your child is supervised until you arrive. Additional charges may apply after a certain time.

What happens in case of an emergency?
